Being a new mom has many rewards.
It also has many challenges.
It is the feeling of not being able to think about your self.
To not care about the things you once thought were important to you.
You lose yourself, who you were....
Having your heart out of you is the scariest thing that could ever happen.
Although he can't walk yet, the fear of anything happening to him is nerve racking.
If he chokes, when he's asleep.
No new mom ever sleeps, its not part of the process.
While baby and dad are sleeping, we are watching over them...
Yet i would never change the joy i feel when i hold my baby.
How my husbands face lights up when he sees his son.
The way they bond, the way we bond...
So my life as a new mom is pretty amazing!!
