Made this delicious Pumpkin Loaf 🎃
Recipe:
Need two separate bowls (1 dry, 1 wet)
Wet Items:
1 (29 ounce) can pure pumpkin puree
8 large eggs
2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups sugar
Dry items:
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking soda
2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp clove
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cinnamon sugar
Mix wet, then mix dry into wet (I did it backwards)
Blend well.
Preheat oven to 350°
Cook for 1 hour
Makes 4 loafs or one huge bunt.
(If you want less, cut all ingredients in half)
